The Design Co Op event was a collaboration of local designers.In March 2018, we were excited and honoured to be included in the collaborative show coordinated by One Fine print and Anaca studio.The Design Co-Op. brought together a total of 14 brands, 3 interior designers and 20 industry professionals in a five event speaker series. That’s 37 collaborators!The Design Co Op event was a collaboration of local designers.Spread over three days in March 2018, The Design Co-Op celebrated the blending of unique Australian design brands and empowered attendees to realise that any space can be transformed into a meaningful ‘home’.The event aimed to strengthen the existing design community, encourage the growth of new networks, promote boutique local design brands, and offer interactive learning opportunities for both industry professionals and the design-savvy public.This design show also formed part of the Melbourne Design Week – an initiative of the Victorian Government in collaboration with the NGV.Our Crop Trestle table, Love Seat and crop stools.Our Claire work desk combined with our Ren Coat Rack, One fine Print picture, Cadrys Rug and an armchair by Tide Design.Meanwhile in Melbourne specified a range of our products to form part of the collaboration,. The main kitchen and study area where the talks were held, combined a range of unique products and artists including our new Crop Trestle table, Crop Love Seat and Upholstered Crop Bar Stools. Our products were matched with new lighting products by Lumil, One Fine Print, Hannah Fox Art, Cadry’s rugs, Kazari Ziguzagu, and Figgoscope.The event was a huge success, and was a fantastic opportunity to catch up with some of the new wave of designers in Melbourne.
