Dear valued customer.

Over the past 6-12 months, there has been an increase in the price for materials used in our products. We have been absorbing these costs to keep our prices as low as we can, however, we can no longer do so.

Consequently, as at October 1, 2021 – we will be increasing the prices of our products to accommodate the rise in raw materials.

How much more will products cost?

We are still working through our pricing, however, we expect an increase of up to 10% on most products.

Can we beat the price rise?

Yes. Orders placed prior to October 1 will be at existing prices. All orders must have a deposit of 50% paid prior to October 1 to secure the order.

What about lead times?

We are currently experiencing increased lead times (stools on average are now taking up to 4 weeks to make). We expect further delays may be likely due to timber supplies. It is best to check with us for an indication of lead times prior to ordering.

We have recently published an article which helps explain why the sudden and extreme rise in the cost of materials is happening and encourage you to take a read when you have a chance.

This pandemic has certainly changed the world and while we are learning to roll with the punches, our focus remains on the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, securing premium sustainably-sourced materials and continuing to manufacture high quality products. I thank you for your understanding and patience.

Above all I would like to thank you for your interest in our products and your continued support for locally made quality designer furniture.

Stay safe.

Jason Stancombe.
