Shipping policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are made to order and each product has varying lead times (please refer to individual products for indicative lead times). Stools usually ship within 3-4 weeks from date of order. Larger items (like tables) can take up to 16 weeks to manufacture.

STORE PICKUP 
49 Anomaly Street, Moolap, VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am.
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL PICKUP

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local pickup is available for addresses within 100km of our shop. If the local pickup option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders are generally delivered within 2-7 days using local and interstate couriers. Shipping is calculated based on your order quantity and product selection. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Due to the size of our products, their fragility and weight, we don’t include an automated calculation for international shipments, however, we can arrange shipment via FedEx or other carriers - please contact us for a quote.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Relm Furniture is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
